We’ve been growing steadily since we opened, and we’re looking for a BCBA who wants excellent pay, manageable caseloads, and the kind of support that actually means something.

What you’ll do
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Supervise RBTs providing in-home ABA services
- Monitor client progress and adjust interventions based on data
- Collaborate with families and our team to ensure quality care
- Maintain documentation and compliance standards
Bonus
If you’re interested in doing some direct care hours alongside supervision, we’re open to it.
What we need
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Experience with in-home ABA therapy
- Available to start within the next few weeks (pending credentialing)
- Reliable, responsive, and genuinely passionate about quality care
- Richmond metro area or willing to relocate
What we offer
- $65-110/hour depending on experience

Location
In-home services across Henrico and surrounding Richmond metro areas (approximately 25% local travel)
